About Me
I grew up in the Los Angeles area and have always been surrounded by art in its many diverse forms. I was encouraged to pursue acting training at a young age, where I learned to perform, write screenplays, and collaborate creatively. When I was eleven, my father took me to see Christopher Nolan's The Dark Knight in theaters. I attribute this experience to igniting my love for filmmaking and cinema. In high school I furthered my knowledge of film production by serving on my school's Advanced TV Video Team. I also took classes at NYU in screenwriting and playwriting the summer before graduating high school.
I solidified my decision to pursue a career in film by attending New York University's Tisch School of the Arts, majoring in Film and Television, with a concentration in screenwriting, and double-minoring in Producing and The Business of Entertainment, Media, and Technology. During my time at NYU, I directed over ten short films, wrote numerous screenplays, teleplays, and plays, and served as various crew positions on my peers' student films. I have experience in being a producer, director, script supervisor, assistant camera, and assistant director.
I held five internships throughout my time at NYU. I've interned at a production company, a management company, a television network in the talent development department, and a talent agency. The internships I held taught me invaluable lessons, helped me to refine my skills, and further ignited my passion of working in the film industry. I graduated a semester early in January 2022, and since then have been working at a talent agency called Central Entertainment Group on the talent team, managing my own roster of clients.
In my free time I love to write, spend time with loved ones, and watch basketball. My favorite films are American Beauty and Breakfast at Tiffany's.
